RCXC focuses on Judgement and late-stage litigation cases, where the emphasis is on settlements and collections rather than extended litigation. It finances plaintiffs with cases in advanced stages and/or judgement awards from a Court but who lack the financial resources and/or expertise to pursue litigation, enforcement and/or collection of amounts owed.

A Global, turnkey approach.

The RCXC team has been working together for 5 years and has a combined 30+ years of experience and expertise in legal, finance, and high-pressure negotiations. Case diligence, selection and management is performed in-house with contracted third-party legal review, forensic accounting, and asset tracing as warranted.

RCXC’s expertise and business model distinguishes us from other funders. We pride ourselves on getting back to potential clients quickly with our decision as to whether we will underwrite their case. To do this, we employ a time-tested underwriting approach to examine and highlight legal and financial issues. Cases are referred by a trusted network of international law and consulting firms, selected by the internal legal team, and reviewed externally as warranted. After we first review the case, a Litigation Funding Agreement can be in place more quickly than competitors.

The RCXC spend is directed to asset freezing, seizure and liquidation. The target is to generate significant returns for our clients in a 1–2-year period and then evaluate the probability of further profitable collections.

Once funding goes forward, RCXC does not forget its clients. RCXC is more than a passive investor—it is intentionally proactive. Members of RCXC’s in-house legal team have experience in every venue in which RCXC funds litigation.
